Pokeshells

Pokeshells are bottom-feeding invertebrates that consume the waste and discarded food left behind by other creatures.

They have formidably sized claws that fold safely into their shells for protection when not in use.

As Pokeshells mature they must periodically shed portions of their exoskeletons to make room for new growth.

Although the most dramatic sheds occur early in a Pokeshell's adolescence, they will continue growing and shedding throughout their adult lives, until the day they eventually die.
